- We usually ship internationally via DHL, EMS, the International Parcel of Post Mail Service with tracking info. Other couriers are accepted while requested. You can find delivery costs at checkout. We will ship within two days once the payment is received.
- In most cases, to provide our customers the lowest shipping rate, a single package always comes with a tracking number. For example, when an order contains two packages, the packages will be split into two shipments; that is, two tracking numbers will be provided.
- When the packages are not claimed or signed for by the receiver for over one month since the packages arrived to the destination address, the packages will be abandoned by the shipping courier, and thus, we won’t be able to refund when the packages are abandoned.
