Utility Jacket (Nep Denim)
Before the mid-20th century, workwear design prioritized durability while also featuring a tailored yet non-restrictive fit, which was significantly different from modern ready-to-wear construction.
 
To fully capture the three-dimensional panel design, we enlisted the expertise of a Japanese suit pattern maker to assist with prototyping. By adhering to the high standards of bespoke tailoring, we aimed to create a piece rarely seen in contemporary apparel brands.
 
Beyond the garment’s pattern, we meticulously recreated period-specific details. The front features a Waldes zipper, faithfully replicating those from the 1930s to 1940s, while the Art Deco-inspired rectangular hardware near the half-waist design at the back follows the same philosophy. The finely engraved vintage patterns are sourced from Japan’s renowned reproduction hardware manufacturers.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    • We usually ship internationally via DHL, EMS, the International Parcel of Post Mail Service with tracking info. Other couriers are accepted while requested. You can find delivery costs at checkout. We will ship within two days once the payment is received.
    • In most cases, to provide our customers the lowest shipping rate, a single package always comes with a tracking number. For example, when an order contains two packages, the packages will be split into two shipments; that is, two tracking numbers will be provided.
    • When the packages are not claimed or signed for by the receiver for over one month since the packages arrived to the destination address, the packages will be abandoned by the shipping courier, and thus, we won’t be able to refund when the packages are abandoned.
